1. Who we are

Digitly provides educational digital products, including free guides and paid self-paced programs, that teach people how to create, launch, and sell their own digital products.

Our materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Digitly is not a financial, legal, tax, accounting, or business advisory service, and nothing in our Services should be interpreted as professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid program. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

If we provide you with access credentials or a member login, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that occurs under your access. Please notify us promptly if you believe your access has been used without your permission.

3. Use of our content

All content — including videos, text, templates, guides, worksheets, downloads, and other materials — is owned by Digitly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display, record, or share your access with any other person, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

When you purchase a program you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning. This license ends if you breach these Terms.

4. Pricing and payments

Prices for paid programs are displayed on our site and are stated in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms in addition to ours, and you authorize us and our providers to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency-conversion fees that may apply to your purchase.

Unless clearly described as a subscription or payment plan at checkout, paid programs are billed as a one-time payment.

5. Access and delivery

Free resources and paid programs are delivered digitally, typically by email and/or through an online member area, shortly after you sign up or complete payment.

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, access to a paid program is granted for the version you purchased and includes any updates we choose to release for that version. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, and we may need to suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.

6. Refunds

Because our programs are digital products that are made available to you immediately, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted.

We understand that circumstances vary, so if you are unhappy with a purchase, please email us at support@pixoubeloi.resend.app and describe the issue. We review refund requests individually and in good faith, and we will always honor any refund rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country.

7. No income or results guarantee

Any earnings figures, case studies, testimonials, or examples shown across our Services are illustrative only and reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitly and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the program giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Digitly harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the 'last updated' date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Digitly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
